Q: Do I have to take my vehicle to be repaired where my insurance tells me to go?
A: No, you have the right to take your vehicle to be repaired at the shop of your choice. Your insurance company may suggest a repair provider, but it’s your choice.






Q: Will it take long for the repairs to be made to my vehicle?
A: No! Armand’s will guarantee a repair completion date, provided there are no supplements. In the case of any damage found therefore adding labor and or parts to the repairs. You as the customer will immediately be informed and a new promise date will be issued
Q: If additional damage is found during the repair process, will I have any out of pocket expense?
A: No! Race Autobody will work with the insurance provider to ensure proper payment is issued for the repairs provided.
Q: How long will it take for the repairs to be made to my vehicle?
A:  We can “estimate” your repair time in the shop.  If hidden damage is found or more parts are needed, you will be notified.
Q: Do I have to use after market parts ?
A:  No, you have the right to chose the parts you want, from those that are available.
Q: Do I have to have more then one estimate?
A:  No, you are not required to get more then one estimate.
